A Founder's Note

Layalee began with bedtime.

With quiet routines before sleep — matching pajamas, softened lights, and the simple words we said each night: tucked in. Those evenings shaped how I understand comfort, presence, and the feeling of being held at the end of the day.

Layalee was created to bring gentle reflections of tradition into everyday routines — thoughtfully, and without excess. To offer children something calm and familiar. To allow them to feel quietly confident in who they are, without explanation or performance.

As the brand took shape, it was guided by careful attention — from the details of each illustration to the fabric chosen for rest. Every element is considered. How it feels. How it breathes. How it supports children through sleep and growth.

Layalee is rooted in the belief that every child deserves to feel protected and at ease. A portion of our proceeds is set aside to support children without families, reflecting the same values of care and belonging that guide everything we create.

Layalee is not about noise.
