The brand’s beginnings were inspired by two little ones — Noor and Umar. Noor’s love of playful colors and illustrations helped inspire the gentle designs found throughout Layalee collections. Umar, who often overheated during sleep, inspired the search for fabrics that would keep little ones comfortable through the night.

From these small moments grew a simple idea: sleepwear that feels as beautiful as the nights children remember.

Designed in Marin, California, Layalee pieces feature soft illustrations that invite imagination and help children slow down before sleep.
