Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders or other special purchase options. This policy explains how cancellations apply to these purchases.

Subscriptions

Layalee does not currently offer subscription-based purchases.
If subscriptions are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in inventory or is scheduled for future delivery.

  • A partial deposit or full payment may be collected at checkout.

  • By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to store your payment method and charge the remaining balance on the date specified at the time of purchase.

Pre-order purchases are final sale.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Please review all product details, estimated shipping timelines, and payment terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Try Before You Buy

Layalee does not offer a “try before you buy” option at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at layaleeandco@gmail.com, including your order number and photos. We will review the issue and assist as appropriate.

Final Sale Notice

All purchases made through Layalee are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except where required by applicable law.
