Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For pre-order items, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. Pre-order items ship once available and in advance of the stated season (e.g., Ramadan).
Shipping Methods & Timing
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.

Layalee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or events outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Layalee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Layalee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at layaleeandco@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll assist you promptly.
