Final Sale Policy

All Layalee purchases are final sale, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are final sale, we do not offer returns or exchanges, including on sale items, gift cards, special orders, or personalized items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered except in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect and the issue is confirmed.
